Operations Manager
Ken opened the doors in 1993, having worked for the Tasmanian State Government as an Office Machine Technician for the previous 5 years and completing his Associate Diploma of Electrical Engineering in May 1990.
Ken operated the business as a sole trader for the first 13 months developing a strong relationship with Government Departments and Schools from his previous employment, and creating new contacts and Clients which continues to this day.
Ken has a simple approach to the business – “Service comes first and Sales comes from great Service”, a philosophy that has proved itself time and time again since 1993.

Leon Crawford
Senior Service Technician / Sales Advisor
Leon joined the service and sales team in 2008, having previously worked on Canon, Lanier, Konica Minolta, Hewlett Packard, Kyocera Mita and Toshiba office equipment. Leon has been in the industry since 1986 and has a wealth of Technical Knowledge and a willingness to provide the very highest level of customer support.
Leon has enjoyed success with the added task of Sales Advisor since joining Ricoh Ulverstone, we believe that no one knows better what a client needs in a machine, than the person who maintains it.
Leon has the knowledge to sell the Client what they need, not what a Salesman thinks they should have.

Peter Mountney
Senior Service Technician
Peter began his career in the Office Machine Industry over 40 years ago in 1974. Over this period of time Peter has seen massive changes in Office Equipment, constantly updating his knowledge with factory training.
Peter enjoys the daily challenges of servicing equipment to the high standards that both he and Ricoh Ulverstone pride themselves on, and the ongoing contact with Clients he has known for many years and loves meeting new clients.
